Salute 2024 Journal Ads
The Salute Gala Journal is a commemorative keepsake that will serve as the evening's program and include messages from our staff and Board, honoree bios, live auction item descriptions, sponsor acknowledgments, and ads and messages from our supporters.
Ad Specifications:
Full Page Ad: 4.5 x 7.5 inches ($1,000)
Half Page Ad: 4.5 x 3.63 inches ($500)
Business Card Ad: 3.5 x 2 inches ($350)
File Formats:
Preferred Formats: JPG, PNG
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
Submission Deadline:
Please submit your advertisement materials no later than September 30, 2024.
Submission Instructions:
Prepare your advertisement using the dimensions specified above and in the preferred file formats. Ensure that your ad adheres to the requirements mentioned.
Rename your ad file using the following format: [Your Company Name]_[Ad Size]_Salute2024.[File Extension]. For example, "XYZCompany_FullPage_Salute2024.jpg".
You may also opt to use one of the templates depicted here. To do so, please make the appropriate selection below, then email an image, logo, business/individual(s) name(s), and any message details.
Attach your advertisement file to, or submit your ad content to include in an ad template in an email titled, "Salute 2024 Journal Ad" and send it to aabell@ywcanyc.org. Please include your contact information and company name in the email body for reference.
Proof Approval:
Once we receive your advertisement, our team will review it to ensure it meets the specifications and guidelines.
In the case of any issues or questions, we will contact you promptly. Please note that modifications to your ad cannot be guaranteed after September 30, 2024, so it is essential to review your artwork carefully before submission.
